Step 1: Pickup
As part of our pickup and delivery service, we will pick up your product the following business day* if you place your order by 3:30 p.m. You are also welcome to arrange for your own transportation.
Step 2: Charging
Our skilled staff carefully loads the furnaces to ensure that the products meet your desired specifications after hardening.
Step 3: Hardening Process
Depending on the material and the requirements for the finished component, your product will undergo one of the processes we offer.
Step 4: Quality Control
Since our control system documents all parameters, only parts that are absolutely flawless can be delivered to you. If needed, we will be happy to issue a certificate of acceptance.
Step 5: Packaging & Shipping
Our 48-hour service* also includes thorough packaging and timely delivery of your product.
