Acquisition of the RICO Group by Semperit successfully completed
Closing after receipt of required approvals
RICO Group is pleased to announce that the acquisition by Semperit has been successfully completed. The closing took place on 31 July 2023 after receipt of all necessary approvals. With revenues of around EUR 90 million in the financial year 2022 and more than 500 employees in Austria, Switzerland and the USA, RICO Group is a valuable addition to Semperit.
The RICO Group will continue on its expansion course without restriction, including the expansion of production at the Austrian site in Thalheim bei Wels and expansions in the USA and Switzerland. Further information can be found in the news article on the RICO Group website.
